Shade St. Augustine is Island Turf's shade-tolerant variety of St. Augustine and one of our best-selling varieties.

This variety has wide blades and a bright green color that allows for the plant to survive in more shaded areas. It also survives well in full sunlight, so Shade is a great variety if you have large shaded trees or a shade that extends over your sodded areas.
